When tick populations rise in July and August, you’ll again feel those familiar tickling sensations on your legs and neck, and again drag the dog into the sunlight so you can spot [...] Sunday Michael, Charlie and I drove back over to Lees Summit Missouri and picked up Year old Narragansett Hen, Mom to the poults. We also bought 2 Midget White Turkeys and the owner gave Charlie another Midget White turkey which Charlie name [...] We are selling 2 Nubian does. 1 doe (Leia) was born in February 2009. Our son took her to the 2009 4-H fair and received a blue ribbon. The other doe (Belle) was born beginning of 2008. We don’t have any lineage information for either goat. Belle had her first kidding February 14, 2010, [...] Sunday Michael, Charlie and I drove over to Lees Summit Missouri and picked up 7 [...] Saturday the boys and I went to a swap meet down in Overbrook Kansas. We bought a Broken Black Mini Rex Jr buck, Jacob bought a pair of White Face Black Spanish Bantams (NPIP) and Michael bought 2 Buff Orpington chicks. The swap meet was very nice, 20 to 40 vendors.
